Before travelling

Download or update the official app on a trusted connection. Check that your vehicle details are correct, but never assume an app is the only permitted route.

At the location

Read the current signs. Confirm the operator, location code, tariff and maximum stay before attempting payment.

If connection fails

Use only an official alternative shown at the site. Keep useful timestamps, screenshots, photos and confirmations without blocking other drivers.
